Love the simplicity of this recipe - made my own adjustments and the fish turns out AMAZING!
I spread the flour out on a plate and mix in spices (variations of garlic powder, onion powder, italian seasoning, salt, pepper, thyme, paprika, etc) before dipping the fish into it.
I cook it until it starts to get crispy on the outside and it is just delicious!
