Focaccia Bread

I received rave reviews at a ladies bible study tonight when I brought this bread. Thanks allrecipes and Terri for making me look good! :) Watched chef John's video on this site and it was very helpful before making this bread for the first time. A sprinkle of sea salt on the top is delicious. Served as a sandwich bread for a cucumber sandwich. delicious

Kim's Garlic Breadsticks

These were great! Melt in your mouth good claimed my husband; which is a high complement :) Not bland like others I have tried. I liked that they weren't too dense. I didn't have kosher salt so I used my sea salt grinder which was wonderful! Loved eating them along with my Italian vegetable soup recipe! Mmmm!

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Has a great flavor! One of the best I have tried. Still.. a little flat. Tried adding more baking soda and a little more flour the second time. It did help some. It also helps if you have time to refrigerate the dough for several hours. Maybe it is just something I am doing. ?? They did not get hard the way some mentioned though, even when I baked a little longer! They had a nice crisp edge with a gooey center. It's a keeper!

Olive Oil Bread

Made this with a chicken Milano recipe. We loved it. No leftovers! Crunchy outside and soft inside. Looked so impressive right out of the oven. I brushed with some garlic butter before baking. Also I made the three cuts on top as pictured. So yummy and easy to make! I will definitely double the recipe next time! also I did use King Author bred flour instead of all purpose.
