This is an easy bread to prepare. It is delicious served with butter or cream cheese. I used a 20oz can of crushed pineapple and and woulld drain it over night the next time. My family really enjoyed it.

GREAT recipe! I covered the chilled candy with a plastic bag and gently hit it with a hammer to break up the pieces. Will definitely be making more.

Artichoke Chicken

This is easy to prepare and very tasty. If using large chicken breasts you will have to adjust the baking time. Definitely will make again.

Hot Spiked Cider

What a great way to "warm up" after being out in the cold. The flavors blend well together with just enough kick from the rum. Definitely a keeper.

An easy and very good recipe. I added salt and pepper to the bread crumbs. I will double the recipe so there are leftovers for the next day.

Blueberry Crumb Pie

Great flavor but a little to sweet to my liking. I would cut back on the sugar. To keep the pie from runnig I would partially defrost frozen berries.

Pecan Pie V

A great pecan pie recipe. I used pecans in the filling and then placed extra in a spoke fashion on top before baking. It was a hit the year. Will definitely make it again.

Easy Vegetarian Pasta

Good basic recipe which could be made great with the addition of some seasoning like oregano, basil, s&p or maybe something a little spicier like a sprinkle of red pepper flakes. I would also julienne the vegetables instead of chopping them.
