Basic Crepes

The crepes are "meh." the melted butter makes the consistency lumpy and the crepes are too thick for my liking. I suggest using vegetable oil instead of the butter. It makes it a smoother consistency and not as lumpy.

This recipe is amazing. You get perfect crepes every time. I don't put the batted in the fridge and it still tastes the same :) SO GOOD!
