About this Cook
I am a mother of 2 little girls, one is 3 almost four and very very picky. I have a Irish husband so he loves anything that has to do with Irish cuisine, he also loves Italian foods as well. I can cook almost anything, but I absolutely love to bake...I love yeasty fresh bread from the oven!
My favorite things to cook
Breads, cakes, pastas, beef, fresh veggies, etc.
My cooking tragedies
I attempted to make a Chocolate Praline cake, and accidentally over cooked the sugar mixture. So when I flipped the cake pan over, all of it stuck to the pan! I cried all night because of it...and I still have yet to try the recipe again. Also when I first got married, I forgot to take out the bag of innards and things out of a whole chicken and baked it. We had to throw it out too...

Chocolate Praline Layer Cake
I stayed up all night one time attempting to make this cake, but in the middle of the recipe for the praline part, it ended up cooking to the bottom of the pans. I've had this cake before properly made, but I just can't seem to do the praline crust right. I can't keep the praline layer from sticking to the pans. (I love this cake btw)
