Basic Crepes

Reviewed: Oct. 12, 2014
Have used this several times now (as it is posted)and it's a great base recipe. I use for cottage cheese rolls mostly, but would not hesitate for use as fruit crepe also. I have used blender to do final blending to be sure to get all the lumps out, but mixer would be fine also.

World's Best Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2013
I wish people would put in amts as cups and not ounces! If I have a large jar of peanut butter, what do I add? 12 ounces does not just mean 1 and 1/2 cups as 12 ounces of marshmallows for example would not be 1 and 1/2 cups. I need the amt in cups please. Thanks.

Zucchini Chocolate Orange Cake

Reviewed: Aug. 11, 2012
Very moist and very good. I baked it longer than suggested, maybe 10 minutes xtra. Seemed almost too much batter for the bundt pan at first, but in the end was fine. I will also try in a 9x13 pan. Was a bit hard to get out of the bundt pan. The icing added a nice touch to the cake, but does not look like the picture. Is more runny and goes on clear, not white like photo. I made recipe as is, minus the nuts but replaced with chocolate chips. Took this to a potluck and it was well received.

Cool Summer Cucumber and Tomato Toss

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2011
Awesome as is. I also have added a few things as I had a yellow pepper I had to use and a bit of onion to our taste. A little cilantro and 1/4 tsp cumin as I had these around too. Great color and there was not a speck left!

Oatmeal Raisin Cookies I

Reviewed: Oct. 11, 2010
very good cookie just as it is. Mine did not run, but I did use 1/4c whole wheat flour and 1c white. Next time I will use half wwflour and half white flour and add some ground flaxseed for more health benefits. I read the reviews after and maybe a good thing. I wish I would have doubled the recipe this time! I baked with convection and they baked equally as good on metal and stonewear.
