Janet's Rich Banana Bread
I made this and it was delicious! I can't stop eating it! I made a few changes based on the reviews of others 1) used ripe bananas and mashed them 2) added cinnamon 3) used 1/2 cup of brown sugar and 1/2 cup of white sugar. Next time I'll try with oat flour and or ground almond!

Best Brownies
These brownies were delicious, I read many of the reviews before making the brownies and made a few adjustments to the brownie mixture: 1/2 cup of of butter, 1/2 cup of brown sugar, 1/2 cup of white sugar, 3oz of Baker Semi Sweet Baking Squares, 1/2 cup of oat flour. I omitted the baking powder and the salt. I also made sure not to over mix the brownies and melted the baking squares with the 1/2 cup of butter. I also baked these in a glass pan at 325 degrees. They turned out just perfect, they were mouthwatering and moist. Next time I will try this recipe with apple sauce to make them a little healthier! I've been in search for a good recipe and this one is def the one!

Kickin' Collard Greens
I cook often but I’m a novice when it comes to cooking collard greens. I hardly write reviews but this time I had to. I made these greens recently they were delicious! Everyone loved them perfectly seasoned. I made the following modifications (cider, and brown sugar, an cooked the meet longer and sautéed the meat with the onions and bacon grease) as noted by previous reviewers and one of my own (turkey ham chopped into small pieces instead of using bacon, but I did use bacon grease I had form a previous dish and cut out the olive oil). I’ve looked at other recipes and I gave this one 5 stars because of the technique and with very little modifications these greens are AMAZING!
