Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

This really does taste like a store bought Rotisserie chicken- The only things I did different was I added around 1/4 cup of olive oil to a large freezer bag w/the seasonings and chicken and massaged it- I also just cooked it at 350 for just over an hr.... just check it at an hr and go from there to adjust your time as needed (everyone’s oven is different)

Fruit and Vegetable Pork

Very yummy, I just threw it all into the crockpot (minus the corn starch) on high for 4 or so hours and the chops were very (almost falling apart) tender. Very good with buttered egg noodles.

All Day Apple Butter

Very good, and very easy for someone thats never made apple butter before. Kids loved it, they like it on pumpkin pancakes etc.. P.S. try adding a little allspice

White Cheese Chicken Lasagna

This was very good, I was worried about the kids not liking it because of the spinach, but they gobbled it right up. the only things I changed was, I added more garlic, and I used fresh spinach instead of the frozen, This takes some time to put together but very worth it.

Grandma's Chicken Noodle Soup

THANK YOU! my family loved this and I have two very picky kids, they each went back for seconds and thirds...The only thing I changed was I added some carrots and cut the salt WAY down. This is a keeper for sure.

Restaurant-Style Tequila Lime Chicken

This is a very good recipe, but the mex sauce really doesn't need to be all that complicated. Just do it like they do.. Just mix ranch dressing and your fav salsa together. Really thats all they do ;-)

Baked Dijon Salmon

I saw all the fab ratings and reviews about this recipe and thought "how could so many people be wrong" so I was excited to try it out... it was very easy, but no one in my family liked it...I really dont see why everyone liked this so much...

Aussie Chicken

Yum!!! I usually dont care for chicken breast because it's so boring...but this was great, the sauce was really good..and the best part...is my kids LOVED it..that never happens. I left out the syrup... and it was still a little too sweet for me..so I added dijon mustard. will be making this again.

Pork Chop Packs

I did not like this at all....It was very plain, and I even added some seasoning thinking the recipe needed some...It just didnt turn out well at all....wont be making this again.
