I made these brownies because I was bored one day. I delivered some to my dad, sister and boyfriend three days after I made them and they have not stopped raving about how delicious they are. I plan to bring a fresh, hot batch to them tomorrow. Who knows how they will react to those!! Also, this seriously makes the BEST brownie batter EVER. It was so good I was glad I tasted it after I put the pan in the oven.

These came out really delicious. However, I only bought 2 pounds of ribs, and I needed a lot more of the dry ingredients to get a good rub. I just kept adding to the bowl - probably with a tablespoon of each dry ingredient by the end.

This really was easy, and totally delicious. I made it in a turkey bag and it came out golden without ever having to baste it. I got a tip from a church lady to put the turkey into the bag after it's cleaned, and before doing anything else because it keeps it from getting messy. I'm so glad I knew this because I don't think I could have gotten it into the bag once it was stuffed and the seasonings were on it. It also smelled AMAZING about halfway through cooking. I had a 12 pound turkey and it took 3.5 hours.
