Foolproof Rib Roast

This recipe made our Christmas dinner a huge hit!! The most amazing TENDER and JUICY prime rib I have ever made. I had a 9.5 pound roast and followed this recipe exactly. Two big things to follow- leave roast out at room temp prior to cooking. I left mine out 2 hours. When you turn the oven back on- use a meat thermometer to get the roast to the right temp and not the time. I had mine at 150 which is a little more medium rare. Once you let the roast sit 20 minutes after cooking it will come out perfect. A little pink but no blood and so tender and juicy. You will LOVE this meal!!!
