We served this as an alternative to pumpkin pie for an early Thanksgiving dinner, and it was a hit! We put it together just as the recipe indicated. I probably would have baked it for a few minutes more, as it was really sticky/gooey toward the middle. Definitely a keeper - next time we're going to try it in a 9x13 pan so we can serve it in squares for easier portioning.

Spritz Orange Crisps

This recipe was great! Very easy, and a nice hint of orange in it. We colored half the batch green, and the other red, then used the tree, wreath, and poinsettia (5-point star) molds. We also sprinkled some multi-colored sugar on the trees before baking for a nice extra touch. Would definitely make this one again!

Rhubarb Dream Bars

This is a great change of pace from rhubarb cake or sauce. Everyone in the house loved it - even the girls, and they usually don't like rhubarb. Thanks for the recipe!

Grilled Brown Sugar Pork Chops

This was great! It was moist and tasty, although I would probably brush the sauce on earlier in the process. Even our girls liked it, and they're pretty picky. Thanks for the great recipe!
