Pear-a-dise Muffins
I used 2 cups of pears, because I love the taste, I add 1/3 cup of honey, and cinnamon. I used olive oil, the result was good, not too sweet even though I added sugar. I used 1/3 cup of chopped almonds and 3 eggs, which I batter until they fluffed, the result was good. I think is a good muffin for breakfast and diet, something to treat you but without all the calories

Viennese Crescent Holiday Cookies
I made this recipe with almonds, and I skip the sugar to sprinkle, I just put the chocolat to save some calories, I add some sugar because my butter was salty, I do advice to let the cookies cool down for more than a minute, 5 0r 10 minutes it's better, because they breake easily, you must be really careful while you handle the cookies. Everyone loved the cookies! They go perfect with tea

Pumpkin Turkey Chili
I used everything but the cheddar cheese, I omitted it, instead I used parsley, It is really good with it if you want to make it low calories. Iused red curry and it was tasty. I used chicken instead do turkey, I think that without the meat you can work out a good veggie soup.
