These came out amazingly well~! I baked them over a week ago, and the few we have left are still soft and tasty! I used fresh ginger since I didn't have any of the dried stuff, skipped the water, and they were great! I'm not sure what they would have tasted like with the dried ginger, but I plan to make them with fresh ginger from now on. Mine didn't come out as pretty as the picture...they were completely smooth and not as dark.

This came out great the first time I made it, and even better after I adjusted to my own personal taste. The first time I made it, I felt it was a little too sweet so I: used heavy cream and additional sugar for a total of 2/3 cup of sugar (I never have sweetened condensed milk), added about 2 tablespoons of good cocoa powder, and didn't add as many peanut butter cups. I also added about 1/4 tsp of kosher salt. The salt really enhanced the flavor of the peanut butter. I usually only have extra crunchy peanut butter so I put it in the food processor to make it creamier. This results in tiny bits of peanuts. :) Everyone loves it, and the texture is divine. This was my first time making jelly and I'm glad I chose this recipe. I read online that the No sugar needed pectin is the best for jelly making so I cut the sugar down to 3 cups and upped the apple juice to 5c. The reason for that is the recipe for apple jelly on the insert for the pectin called for 6c of juice and 4c sugar. I personally don't like really sweet jelly so the end result was perfect! I ran to 3 different stores looking for Red Hots and found them at a gas station. They came in $.25 small boxes. I bought 8 but only needed 5 for a generous 1/2 cup. Thanks for the recipe, I'll be making this more often.

Made this for dinner last night and fiancee loved it! I salted and peppered cubed steak for an hour or so until I was ready to cook. I halved the recipe and added half a teaspoon of cayenne pepper to the flour mixture. Other than that, I kept to the recipe and it was great. Thanks for the recipe!

Update: !It came out ok! I was amazed, almost an hour later, the cake came out fine! When the middle finally set, I took it out and let it cool. I just took it out of the pan and it's still moist around the edges. I wasn't expecting it to still be perfect! Tastes ok, I still prefer my usual chocolate cake recipe, but this one is definitely more moist. I used a different frosting so I can't say anything about the frosting in the recipe. I do recommend people to try this recipe. --------------- :( I just tried to make this, and it turned into a huge waste of time. It's still in the oven (it's been about 45 mins) and the middle is still soupy. I followed the recipe exactly, and never had a problem with my oven temp. I'm sure it would have been great if it turned out right, but the way it's going, by the time the middle finishes backing, the edges will be burnt.

I made this tonight and bf and I loved it. I had two thick chicken breasts (1.3 lbs total) that I sliced in half for 4 thinner pieces. I kept all the other measurements the same. I only keep plain panko crumbs (nice crunch!) but I seasoned them with Italian seasoning. Also I left the garlic in oil +1 tbl butter over low for about 30 mins. After baking for the 35 mins, they were cooked but not brown on top. Turned on broiler for 3 mins and it was perfectly golden brown. Easy to make and tasty. Thanks for the recipe :)

WAY too sweet. This is nothing like any brownie I've ever had or would like to have. Any hint of chocolate was overpowered by the sugar.
