This recipe is so good!! I used Jiffy corn bread mix and added a pinch of sugar for a sweeter taste. I also used 1/2 the amount of sour cream, but added 1/2 stick of cream cheese. I cooked it for 50 minutes and it turned out great!

Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

I make potatoes like these all the time and they are always a family favorite! I recommend using butter instead of oil-to not only cut down on the calories, but it makes it taste great!
