Chicken and Biscuit Casserole

I really liked this. I used green beans instead of peas, & next time might try rosemary instead of basil, but it had a nice, different flavor.

Followed other's suggestions (soaking noodles in hot water, adding extra sauce & italian seasoning) & I thought it turned out great!! Husband said it had too much "not sauce" which I think means too much ricotta etc, so next time I make it I will not use the whole carton of ricotta, & I might add some beef. I loved it, so easy

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Best pot pie I've ever made. I did add more chicken broth and both times I made it I used cooked chicken. Love it. Does anyone know if I can switch this to a beef pot pie? I would guess I'd just use beef broth, but not sure about the meat. Pre-cooked roast beef perhaps?

Texas Beef Soup

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

Asparagus, Chicken and Penne Pasta

This was a pretty good, different dish thanks to the red pepper flakes! I did not add that many (per previous reviews) and before I served I added some chicken broth granules & water to make it less dry. I will definitely make this again! Great way to use asparagus!
