Parmesan Chicken

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2007
This is the best recipe I have tried. The breading actually stayed on the chicken. I used boneless thighs instead of breasts as my husband prefers dark meat. I then put some spaghetti sauce in the bottom of a 13x9 pan, put in the chicken, topped it with sliced provolone and mozzarella and baked it for 20 minutes. My husband wasn't crazy about that, but loved the chicken. I will definitely be making this again!

Creamy Potato Leek Soup II

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2007
This was truly awesome! I made a couple changes because I didn't have heavy cream and my husband wanted me to put in some cubed turkey ham. I referred to my cookbook for substitutions and used 2/3 cup of whole milk and 1/3 cup of milk for the heavy cream. I also added maybe a 1/4 cup of half and half. I added the ham at the end just to warm it up. I will definitely make this again! It tasted even better the next day.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2006
My husband is not a big meatloaf fan, but even he said this "wasn't bad". The only change I made was using 1/2 hamburger and 1/2 ground pork. I will definitely save this to make again!

this recipe was very good....I used Salsa con Queso chip dip instead of the cheez whiz, adds a perfect zing :)

Apple Crisp II

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2004
this was excellent!!! I used red delicious because that is what I had, cubed the apples instead of sliced and instead of sugar I drizzled maple syrup over the apples. I took the advice of other reviewers and doubled the topping....this will be "my" new recipe :) thanks Diane!!!!

Hamburger Gravy

Reviewed: Feb. 17, 2002
Extremely easy, I doctored it up a bit with my own seasonings and cut it in half, still turned out great. Will have to try it with homemade egg noodles next time!

Extremely delicious. I used Hunt's tomato sauce seasoned for meatloaf and Garlic seasoned bread crumbs and it turned out fabulous. Will definitely make it again.
