Whole Wheat, Oatmeal, and Banana Pancakes

I made these this morning - they were delicious! I didn't have any whole wheat flour so I subbed all-purpose for it. Turned out great! Also...I used frozen bananas. I will make these again!

Slow-Cooked, Texas-Style Beef Brisket

This was the best brisket we've ever eaten! Not greasy, very tender, the sauce was wonderful! For my cola drink I used diet pepsi with cherry - because that is what I had in the fridge. Turned out great!!! I cooked this over the 7/4 weekend and my family loved it. Will definitely use this recipe again...it was easy and delicious!

Doubletree Hotel's Cookies

DELICIOUS COOKIES..VERY CLOSE TO THE DOUBLETREE COOKIE I HAD LAST WEEKEND. I think next time I will increase the cinnamon to 1tsp. These are great cookies, chewy and delicious.
