King Ranch Chicken Casserole III

First I cut the recipe in half. Just my hubby and I.replaced diced toms for same amount of salsa, Used left over Costco chicken. This is the 3rd time I made it and hubby wants me to prepare it all the time.

Made a few changes but it was a good quick dinner. I used leftover roasted chicken and changed the toms for my homemade salsa. my husband loved it but it was like every other 2 soup recipes

Country Breakfast Casserole

I liked this easy recipe. Substituted package sausage for 7 link sausage cooked and chopped and 1/2 cup of cooked bacon, hollandaise sauce to replace the gravy mix and used 1 tube of croissant rolls. It was really great

Beef Mushroom Stroganoff

did a bit of subbing 1 can of sliced mushrooms & frozen chantrells hand picked and frozen. Used left over prime rib and Au jus to replace the beef broth. My husband loved it.
