White Cheese Chicken Lasagna
I didn't like this. The only part that wasn't bland was the spinach but it was too overpowering for me. Took forever to prep and make. Nice concept but not for me. Cheese sauce could be tweaked some and served with fettuccine maybe but it seemed more like gravy to me.

Santa Fe Soup
This is sooooo good! Great for a winter night. I made it with 1 can black beans and one can ranch style beans. I didn't feel like chopping up the onion so I just used onion powder and a dusting of season salt while the meat was browning. After I dumped all the cans in, I didn't think it looked like enough liquid before I added all that cheese, so I added about a cup or so of chicken broth, till the consitency looked right to me. Then I added the cheese and let it heat up and melt. I used mild rotel, so i also put a little crushed red pepper in for more spicyness. I'm going to get a bowl now, with a warm flour torilla AND chips.

World's Best Lasagna
Definitely the best lasagna I have ever made. Every time I make it people rave about it. The only thing I have started doing differently is using all ground beef instead of sausage, the fennel seeds make it taste like it has sausage in it anyway to my fiance and I. I just don't buy sausage much. Def us the fennel! Making it tonight for dinner with friends, I'm gonna start it early so I can let it simmer longer! THANKS!
