This is an amazing recipe...I love vegetarian lasagna, and this tastes incredibly gourmet for how relatively easy it is. The rosemary makes the dish, in my opinion. I have made it a few times now, and the only changes I would recommend are:
1. Use less broth, maybe about 2/3 of the can. Otherwise it's too watery.
2. Add a can of Italian stewed tomatoes. This is a personal preference, but I don't think it's quite tomato-y otherwise.
3.Add some fresh chopped basil. It complements the rosemary nicely.
