Peanut Butter Cookies IX

Nice recipe. I followed some of the suggestions, 1/2 cup of sugar for each. Also i didn't have oats but they still turned out good. i will make them again for sure!

Super pleased with this recipe! i'm not much of a baker but my husband loves desserts so i'm working on it. This recipe was SO easy i was really surprised. I didn't have pecans, and i didn't substitute anything. Think next time i'll put in oats instead of pecans. I did reduce the sugar in the topping to 1/3 cup. Will definitely be making this again!

Golden Sweet Cornbread

So happy to find this recipe. I live in china and really craved some corn bread. This was so easy. 2 things, after reading reviews, I soaked the cornmeal in milk for 10 minutes. I only used 1/2 cup of sugar. Just personal taste. Great recipe!

No Bakes

This is a great recipe! I've tried no-bakes so many times but they would never set. Great tip about bringing it to a boil slowly. I would prefer more chocolate and no peanut butter- reason for 4 stars. But my husband loves the peanut butter. Will definitely be making again.

Spaghetti Carbonara II

I have always been nervous about the eggs in carbonara recipes. But I was determined to give it a go. My husband loved this recipe! I did only add 2 eggs. I added the cheese to the eggs first and a dash of cream. Really pleased with the result. Will be making this again!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken

I was so excited to find this recipe. Lots of reviews suggested doubling the sauce. But as I was only cooking for 2, I had less meat so stuck to original amounts. Loved having the extra sauce to soak up in the rice! I used the full 1/4 cup if vinegar and next time I will reduce it by half. Too strong for my taste. Otherwise a perfect recipe :)

Graham Cracker Crust

exactly what i was looking for. i live in china and have never found graham crackers. i just used some plain butter cookies. so complicated to make our home favourites here, but this was easy and perfect for my chocolate pie. THANK YOU!
