I work a lot of hours with a 2 1/2 hour daily communte. If I get the time to think and prepare ahead of time, I am good, otherwise, Charlie gets handed a lot of experiments..."Here, try this!"

Grilled anything, steak, ribs, chicken, vegetables, I grilled a meatloaf once. I like to make savory dishes, one pan hurry up meals, those can get very creative!

Whenever I make something new or experimentally at a large dinner and everyone goes nuts over it ie Chicken Paprikosh, Chicken Cordon Blue.
My cooking tragedies
My show stopper was when I dredged pork chops in powered sugar instead of flour and then fried them. We had candied pork that night! Adam though it was cool!
