Best Chocolate Chip Cookies
This was the perfect Chocolate Chip Cookie recipe! I did not use walnuts so the cookies were a bit on the sweet side. Also, I would make sure to use enough flour. Although the recipe calls for only three cups, sometimes the humidity and altitude can effect the outcome. My cookies cooked out a bit flat as I need to add just a little more flour. For those of you that are complaining about the browning; I would suggest putting a sheet of foil between the cookie dough and the pan. My cookies browned perfectly. Lastly, do not (and I mean ever!) substitute margarine for butter. They will taste terrible. Real products; real cookies.

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings
Love it. I use any part of chicken I wish, not just the breast and only one large can of Grands Biscuits for the dumplings. Simply Divine!!!! You can also subsitute cream of mushroom soup for a nice change. Very simple, and very good!!!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff
This is absolutely amazing!!!! So flavorful and easy. My only suggestion: Make extra, your family will devour this!!!! Those that are complaining about it being too salty or slimy...simply cut back on the seasoning and adjust the cooking time. Some Crock Pots are just different. You can also cut the cream cheese in half and perhaps just use a little cream instead to scale back the rich flavor. Part 2: Since making this the first time, I have recently began watching my calories. My suggestion for all you weigh watchers: Eliminate the margarine and use reduced fat cream of chicken. I'd keep the creamed cheese full fat, as this can really molest the flavor. Also, the calorie count does not include the pasta. I simply added my pasta (about three or four cups) and then spread the recipe out over 8 servings versus 4. Only 259 calories a serving including the pasta! I hope this helps.
