Raspberry Tilapia

Reviewed: Feb. 12, 2012
A great fish, but lacking a little of the raspberry punch I was looking for. A little less honey might bring out more flavor.

Great meal - easy to make - I added some extra salt and more flour to thicken up the sauce. Great with carrots and potatoes!

Sunday Vegetarian Strata

Reviewed: Jan. 8, 2012
Good basic recipe, but lacked the punch I was looking for - maybe some Jalepenos, tomatoes, or green onions would spruce it up a bit. Still, a good start for an exceptional meal.

The Oreo crust makes this recipe! Very rich (as mousse should be) and really just irresistible. Great classic dessert to share after a meal.

Quick, simple, and delicious! Cook the chicken beforehand, or use leftover to speed it up even more. Also makes for great weeknight leftovers.

Beef Stroganoff III

Reviewed: Dec. 19, 2011
Recipe is great! Actually much easier than it states! I cut the beef much smaller, so it only needed about 15-20 minutes to cook. Only 4 stars because I've made better sauces with tomato paste and more onions. Yet, this one is delicious every time!
