Creamy Bow-Tie Pasta with Chicken and Broccoli

So delicious! After I made the sauce, I loved it so much that I added extra cream cheese... the sauce ended up looking almost like a vodka sauce, just perfect!

Wine Cookies (Original Italian)

This is an awesome recipe, it's even vegan! I would suggest doubling the sugar and adding sliced almonds. Also, for a less traditional twist, consider making them in a regular cookie shape. Keep in mind that the dough won't spread at all while cooking, if anything, it will slightly rise. Great recipe!!!

Cinnamon-Raisin Granola

This is so delicious and easy to make, just make sure you keep stirring it every few minutes so it doesn't burn. I put some in a nice canister, added some pretty ribbon, made perfect gifts!

Filet Mignon with Rich Balsamic Glaze

After reading some of the other reviews, I added a generous portion of brown sugar and some garlic salt. I also reduced the sauce for about 20 minutes first. It came out absolutely amazing!
