This is a awesome recipe....so easy to make and I made no changes. I hate reading reviews that say a recipe was really good or really bad and then they tell you all of the changes they made. In the end it didn't even sound like the original recipe. Also, I have a granddaughter who is allergic to eggs and this recipe has none. Had it with vanilla bean ice cream and it was to die for and a huge hit with the family.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan

I'm not a fish lover, but this recipe is awsome. Like other viewers, I substituted garlic powder for onion powder....I'm sure that made little or no difference because this is a tasty dish. Don't be afraid to make this for company. Thanks Phoebe...this recipe is an absolute winner.

Beer Cake I

I agree with all the comments about this being a very moist cake....it was. But I couldn't get passed the "off" taste it seemed to have from the beer. However, My husband didn't seem to notice and he liked the cake, which was good, since I didn't like it he had to eat it all. Sorry, but I won't make it again.

Lemon Horseradish New Potatoes

Surprisingly very tasty. I didn't have Prepared Horseradish on hand so I used Horseradish Sauce instead, just added a little more than what recipe called for. It turned out wonderful....my husband and I loved the flavor. I will now try with the Prepared Horseradish which I bought. This recipe is a keeper. Thanks.

Amaretto Cake

I worried that there would be a strong Amaretto taste, but to my surprise it was mild and pleasant. This cake was moist and absolutely wonderful. I added an extra 1/2 cup confectioners sugar to the glaze and the consistancy was perfect for me. My husband and I ate the whole cake ourselves. This recipe is a keeper.

Mississippi Mud Cake IV

This cake was a total disaster. Marshmallows didn't melt, but formed a crust on top of cake, that made it tough to cut and chew. No one could eat more than one bite.

Baked Pork Chops I

I don't usually write a review for recipes. Until now I haven't found one I thought was good enough to take the time. This recipe was wonderful. I didn't change a thing. This is definately a keeper and I wouldn't hesitate for a second to make it for company. Thanks Dawn!
