Breakfast Casserole III
Really good....great recipe for real potatoes, but I think next time I will try to shred the hashbrowns instead of cube them and maybe do less potatoes and more eggs. It might need to be baked longer than 30 minutes though because the eggs in the middle of the casserole stilled seemed runny.
