Overnight Blueberry French Toast
Delicious! I followed other reviewers advice and dipped each bread cub into softened (and slightly sweetened) cream cheese. I also reduced the eggs from 12 to 10. I think even 9 or even 8 eggs would work - I had a few "eggy" spots but we didn't mind. I did use a combo of blackberries, raspberries, and blueberries (all I had) and it was wonderful!

Garbanzo Bean Chocolate Cake (Gluten Free!)
This was ok, but I really think it could be great! I followed the recipe exactly and my cake seemed very dry. I'm am going to try some variations (less beans, more chocolate etc.) to see if I can't make this outstanding. If I am successful I will post a new recipe! -- 2/9/14 HA! Well I thought I followed it exactly but my bag of chocolate chips was 2 oz. less than most bags (which effected my measuring) and even after I discovered that; Something magical happened while the was in the fridge overnight... Chocolately perfection! The texture changed. It was indescribable. I ate the whole thing myself in about 5 days. I am about to make this amazing healthy dessert goodness for my kiddo to take to a birthday party at school. -- Treats need to be gluten-free the fact that they're made of (organic) garbanzo beans and are healthy will stay my little secret! I'm planning to dust with powered sugar and make a raspberry sauce to drizzle on. MMM! (I may have to make a second one for here at home). LOVE! LOVE! LOVE IT! Second time around I added a big pinch of salt and a tsp of vanilla in with the eggs. Made it even better

Avocado Smoothie
I loved this recipe. SO Simple! I substituted some chobani brand banana yogurt for the vanilla (its all I had) and used agave nectar instead of honey. I omitted the ice cubes b/c we didn't have any and it was still delicious! Great smoothie texture! I think I will try it again, but try a fresh banana instead of the yogurt!
