Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker
So because of prior reviews of too salty, I used 1/2 of onion soup mix, low sodium soy sauce, chicken stock instead of water. I used merlot for wine ...that's what I had. I added rosemary and thyme. Cooked 3.5 hours on low. It was good but not the best pork tenderloin I have had. I think the wine used is very important keeping in mind that it is a white meat. I also thought it needed to be flipped half way through cooking. The broth was good to use to make a gravy. I would not repeat the recipe but will try agin in a even more modified version. Overall it was good not great
