Pear Honey Cranberry Sauce
I just made this for Thanksgiving dinner tonight, as my family loves homemade cranberry sauces but rarely actually make them. I thought this gelled nicely after about 10-15 minutes of cooking, and the scent of the honey was very nice. I added just a touch of cinnamon for some extra flavor. I do find it a little bit too sweet for my tastes, as I prefer my cranberries a bit on the tart side, but we'll see what the verdict is at dinner!

Slow Cooked Corned Beef for Sandwiches
This was amazing! I made it for my boyfriend, and I snuck a little piece just to try it. Usually I dont like corned beef at all. Well, tonight I went back for seconds! I cooked mine in beer with some extra chicken stock to cover it. I tossed it into the crockpot on low for 10 hours while I was at work, then strained the broth to boil potatoes and cabbage on the stove. Awesome! This recipe was great and has now become my go-to corned beef recipe!!!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
This was fantastic! I used 4 chicken breasts, one 12 oz. bottle of Anchor Bar wing sauce, Medium (the inventor of the wings here in Buffalo), one .4 oz packet of Hidden Valley Buttermilk Ranch dressing mix. Mine was super moist, so I didnt add the butter. We topped ours with extra wing sauce from a second bottle, and I added some chopped up celery to my sandwiches for some extra crunch. These were a huge hit for my and my boyfriend, and it made great sandwiches all week! This recipe is a MUST for anyone who likes Buffalo-style chicken flavors and it makes your whole house smell like wings!
