Smoky Four Cheese Macaroni Bake

AMAZING! payed close attention to the reviews that gave this recipe a bad rating..i was worried to make after that but it sounded so appetizingly interesting and different so i did it any way.... the biggest complaint ppl had was that it was too dry...so i doubled the half and half and the milk 1 cup of half and half 3 cups of whole milk....VERY creamy and delicious... i also cooked some bacon with the garlic and onions but i don't think it needed it. for the topping since the recipe didn't call for butter in the bread crumbs i used ritz butter crackers instead...stayed very light and crispy...yum

it was okay fro me...expected more flavor i guess... everyone else liked it okay... it wasn't bad but it wasnt great..wont make it again.

IF i try again...it will be with frest asparagus...the canned was mushy and i don't like the flavor...it was just okay for me but i will try again with fresh instead of canned

Turkey Sliders

yummy...used roasted red peppers since my husband doesn't like sundried tomatoes..then topped burger with fresh red pepper and some additional crumbled goat cheese....it was great. but will try with sundried tomatoes next time :)

Cranberry Spinach Salad

Sooooo good!! ADD GOAT CHEESE for a perfect salad!!! got this recipe from a friend (she didn't mention where she got it) anyway was gonna share it on here but found this one and it's exactlly the same... when I make it. i add 3/4 cup of goat cheese and i use candied pecans...it's ALWAYS a crowd pleaser... For a summer salad use golden raisins instead of cranberries...

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Excellent....followed the recipe except added 1/2 cup onion instead of 1/3 and used 2 gloves of garlic..and added 1tbs of white sugar (i was out of brown which i think is better) Next time i will not use 6 tbs of ov..it was a bit much...but this was a VERY easy sause with great flavors. putting it in my favorite folder :)

DELICIOUS...MY NEW FAV. MEATBALL RECIPE...TOO MUCH HEAT FOR THE KIDS THO..WILL LEAVE OUT THE HOT SAUCE AND PEPPER FLAKES FOR THEIR BATCH NEXT TIME. AND I ADDED 2 CLOVES OF GARLIC...

World's Best Lasagna

okay...wayyyyy over rated... and waaaaaaay too salty... this lasagna certainly wasn't bad but in No way was i blown away...it was just fine...would have rather saved myselft the all afternoon of preparing it and opened a jar of ragu..that has much more flavor..the only flavor in this is using the sweet sausage and i do that all the time..just sayin...reviews are way to generous.
