Naan
Wonderful! I had extra dough (in golf ball form) that I threw in the fridge covered with cling wrap, and grilled them for breakfast the next day. Best ham, egg and cheese EVER! (I used my cast iron ribbed griddle) The risings both took substantially longer to really do their thing, so be aware it is easier to give yourself more time and throw the dough in the fridge to stop rising than it is to try to speed it up. Not so fun when dinner is on the table, but the naan is stil rising. Thanks for sharing this recipe...I have made it twice in the last week! SO good!
