Charley's Slow Cooker Mexican Style Meat

Made this for Super Bowl Sunday as part of a taco bar, everyone loved it. Great flavor, only change I accidentally made was not putting water in the crockpot, but ultimately I think that ended up being a good mistake. Shredded very easily and was fantastic.

Sausage Stroganoff

Very soupy, would use half the broth next time, and I used chicken broth, the flavor was excellent. Also added an onion to the sausage while browning it.

Buttermilk Pancakes II

A bit of work for pancakes, especially if you are used to bisquick, but boy are they good. Don't be scared when your batter is lumpy, they come out perfect.
