Hands down best chili recipe I have ever made. We just had a chili feed and invited about 100 people over, I made several batches and no one went hungry and everyone loved it. I am now passing the recipe on to others. MODIFICATIONS - I forgot the peppers, cut the sugar down by half, used only ground beef and used Coors Light beer cuz it's one we had on hand. I started the chili on Thursday night to marinate everything, cooked it all together on Friday, reheated everything Saturday and served it that night. It was not too sweet, and by letting it sit for a few days only enhanced the flavor. Thank you for a wonderful recipe!!
