REALLY good... used 2 cups of blueberries and used 1/2 a recipe in a 9x9 pan. Also, since the blueberries were very sweet I cut the sugar in half, and I thought the sweetness was perfect. Thank you...I will be making this with peaches tomorrow!

Lori's Spicy Chipotle Lasagna

Truly amazing lasagna! I used all sweet Italian sausage and no ground beef, omitted the zucchini and used 2# fresh mozzarella. Received rave reviews to a group of foodie guests. Thank you for the recipe!

Pumpkin Wheat Honey Muffins

I changed the 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour to 3/4c whole wheat flour and 3/4 cup ground flax seed. I also reduced the honey to 1/4 cup, and added only a single quick shake of salt. The muffins were moist, plenty sweet for me, and had a nice nutty flavor. I've made them several times and they are always moist and delicious! Thank you for the recipe.
