Tofu Peanut Stir-Fry

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2012
This was soooo delicious! I kept eating the vegetables even though I was full because this tasted so good. Used Thai Peanut Sauce recipe from the website as someone suggested. Next time, I may try panko bread crumbs instead of cornstarch.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2011
I have made it twice (once for July 4th) and everyone raves about it. I told my husband that this is only once a year treat since it's high in calories and fat, but I think this will be part of our holiday staples. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

A friend told me about this recipe and this was surprisingly easy and yummy! My husband wanted me to make sure that we put this on my "favorite" recipes. Thanks!

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: May 25, 2011
I read the reviews and used unsweetened apple sauce and little bit of oil, used half whole wheat and half white flour, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, used 3 Tb of coffee in 2 Tb. of water, and put them in the muffin liners. I made these for my husband's work and our landscapers and everyone raves about them. These are moist, full of flavor, and we think these are the best banana muffins ever!

Chilled Tomato Soup with Seared Scallops, Avocado, and Ripped Basil

Reviewed: May 24, 2011
I used 2 cans of diced tomatoes because that's what I had and used basil oil and olive oil. My husband and I both loved it and will make it again!
