This was soooo delicious! I kept eating the vegetables even though I was full because this tasted so good. Used Thai Peanut Sauce recipe from the website as someone suggested. Next time, I may try panko bread crumbs instead of cornstarch.

Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs

I have made it twice (once for July 4th) and everyone raves about it. I told my husband that this is only once a year treat since it's high in calories and fat, but I think this will be part of our holiday staples. Thank you for sharing this recipe!

Mocha Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

I read the reviews and used unsweetened apple sauce and little bit of oil, used half whole wheat and half white flour, 1/2 cup of chocolate chips, used 3 Tb of coffee in 2 Tb. of water, and put them in the muffin liners. I made these for my husband's work and our landscapers and everyone raves about them. These are moist, full of flavor, and we think these are the best banana muffins ever!
