Buttermilk Coconut Bars

SOOO yummy! Shared these at work and 2 weeks later people are still talking about them! I left out the nuts and used 1 cup whole wheat flour and 1 cup white flour and did 1 cup white sugar and 1 cup brown. Not overwhelmingly coconutty and very moist. More like a spice or carrot cake than a bar dessert. Glaze is super easy and will be a great recipe to have on hand. Highly recommend!

Creamy Celery Casserole

Too salty!!! I was very skeptical about a celery casserole, but was pleasantly surprised by the flavor; however, it was WAY too salty for my taste. I think I could have omitted the salt completely and it would have been much better.
