Healthier Easy Sugar Cookies
I tried this recipe twice. The first time I did it, I followed one review to use just a cup of sugar and because I had no plain yogurt at that time, I used strawberry flavored yogurt. It wasn't too bad but was not appealing either. This afternoon, I tried it again and used applesauce instead of butter and used low fat vanilla yogurt this time. The dough will be too soft to handle so I used spoon to mold it and baked it for 10 mins. It was too soft so the rest of the batch was baked for at least 12 mins. I also sprinkled cinnamon sugar on top - healthier snickerdoodles. My twins loved it.

Quick Chicken Divan
I love this recipe. I made it for dinner tonight. I had to adjust based on what I have available. I used half mayo, half sour cream on this one. I also used whole wheat bread crumbs as topping with cheddar cheese. I only used one bag (12oz) of broccoli and it was just perfect. I served it with angel hair pasta. Everybody loved it. Thanks for sharing.

Apple Squares
Oh so good! I doubled the recipe but not the topping and added a few drops of almond extract as suggested. Baked for 32 minutes in a 9x9 pan. Turned oven off and let it cook for 5 more minutes. I made this for my twins' preK class. My kids tried them before I served them lunch and boy, the did not even finish lunch because they wanted another share of this. Can't blame them.
