Szechwan Shrimp

This was so delicious! My husband does not eat any seafood/fish, so I ate this great meal and he had a cheeseburger. :-) He said that it smelled so good, so I'm going to try the sauce on chicken for him. This recipe is a keeper!!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

YUM!! My husband made these muffins today for breakfast. Made according to the recipe, but he added extra blueberries. The crumb topping is wonderful. Not the healthiest recipe, but a good weekend treat!!! Will definitely made again!!!

World's Best Lasagna

This was INCREDIBLE! I made it recently when our family was in town from NY. I have only made lasagna once before in my 42yrs, so was a little nervous. I used hot italian sausage instead of sweet, but that is all I changed. I am making this again to give to my mom over the holiday weekend. YUM!

Easy Asian Dipping Sauce

This is really good! I didn't have fresh ginger, so I used ground instead (I think fresh would have been better). I also added some red pepper flakes. This sauce is GREAT with pot stickers!

Fried Dill Pickles

The batter is WAY too thin and the recipe calls for too much flour/dry ingredients. I added an extra egg and flour to the batter and took out more than 1/2 of flour and added plain bread crumbs to the dry ingreds, plus a lot of spices. My first batch (from AllRecipes) was so bland and tasteless...I working on my 2nd batch as I type this. Good luck!
