Three-Berry Lemon Trifle

This was really good!!! I used fat free vanilla yogurt instead of lemon yogurt and it was nice and lemony still. I made this the day before the event and put it in the fridge over night. It worked well, but I would suggest putting the whipped topping on right before you serve it. I brought this to a pot luck and it was almost all gone even with our small guest list. I will definitely make it again. Fresh berries are the key to this dessert.

Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins

These muffins are amazing!! They turned out so well. They are a little labor intensive, but not really too bad. I had fun making them and all the people that I shared them with, thought they were delicious too. I brought a few to work the next day and all my coworkers raved about them. A few even asked for the recipe. Will definitely use this recipe for years to come.

Cheese Fondue

This cheese fondue was awesome!! We absolutely loved it. We substituted garlic powder for the nutmeg. I agree with others when they say to use "good quality" cheese and wine. We used a 10 dollar bottle of wine and our cheeses together cost us 22 dollars. This is key.

Oatmeal Craisin Cookies

These are great! I little tricky to mix because the dough is so thick, but they make such excellent cookies that it is worth a little extra work. I think next time I might make these with just dried cranberries.

Grilled Flat Iron Steak with Blue Cheese-Chive Butter

The Best Lemon Bars

I thought these bars were exceptional!! I made these for my husband who loves lemon bars. They turned out great. I did use some of the other's suggestions and made sure that I used 3/4 cup of squeezed lemon juice. I thought they were perfectly "lemony" enough. All in all, very good recipe and I will be making it again. :)

Balsamic Baked Tilapia

We didn't use cheese, in an effort to make it healthier. It really needed the cheese. The flavors were okay, but it seemed like it was missing something.
