Vegetarian Chickpea Sandwich Filling
Fast, easy, tasty! I normally can't stand those reviews that change everything, but I did... I didn't have celery, so I put in some cucumber. Didn't care to chop onion so added some green pepper. Lime juice instead of lemon. Delicious!

Feta Cheese Turkey Burgers
Deeelicious!! I didn't need any chicken broth or anything, and they didn't seem too dry to me! I personally don't like ground beef, so my husband and I have been trying to find a "burger" alternative, and I think these have made the list! The only change I was thinking about was chopping the olives smaller so they mixed in better. Apparently we lost some whilst bbqing. But all in all, delicious!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Love it! I can't seem to ever trust my instincts (or my oven) when it comes to baking times... So they got a little "over-done". Which was sad. I also modified slightly according to other reviewers, and used a little vanilla and brown sugar instead of white for the strusel. I used large muffin cups, and this recipe made 12 decent sized muffins. I also had extra space in the muffin cups for the strusel! Mmmm
