Alyson's Broccoli Salad

I don't like raw broccoli but I LOVE this recipe! My suggestion is to separate the broccoli into TINY flowerets so the other ingredients blend in proper proportion. My whole family thinks it is amazing!

Pork Tenderloin Diablo

This is the most perfect pork tenderloin I have ever made and the family loved it! Don't be afraid of the extra hot horseradish....the cream and butter mellow the heat and the result is amazing. A family favorite, for sure! Thanks, Chef John!

Wedge Salad with Elegant Blue Cheese Dressing

This dressing is so good my family could drink it! The vinegar gives a great amount of tang but does thin it considerably. I also cut the amount of blue cheese in half and just let each person add more if they wanted. I use large cloves of garlic and it really complements the blue cheese.

Jalapeno Strawberry Jam

Really, really good! Can't wait to try it with cream cheese and crackers. I will definitely give this as gifts. I used frozen berries and fresh jalapenos and it was not too hot even for kids. Great side for omelets! As for the fruit pectin, I used one box (1.75oz) plus 1 Tbsp of a second box and the consistency is just right for the jam.

Brazilian Cheese Bread (Pao de Queijo)

This is a wonderful recipe! For anyone eating gluten-free, this gives a wonderful, flavorful bread that is not grainy and doesn't fall apart. The texture is unique and addictive! My whole family loves it. It freezes well and is almost like fresh when you heat it a FEW seconds in the microwave. My whole family loves this! I vary the amount of garlic depending on what a batch will be used for. I also switch from Parmesan to Motzarella from time to time. I also use half olive oil and half butter to cut down on the butter content.
