Chocolate Zucchini Cake III
I have made this recipe several times and my whole family loves it! Great use of leftover garden zucchini. It's moist and not too sweet. The only change I've ever made is using a applesause/oil mix if I have applesauce in the house. Either way it's still great. I've also baked it in a bundt pan at 350 degrees for 1 hour then topped with a store bought vanilla glaze

Carrot Cake III
I made this a recipe exactly as is but made one minor change, I didn't add nuts to the frosting. I just don't care for a crunchy frosting. What a great carrot cake. I took it into my inlaws house and everyone raved. The cake was nice and moist and the frosting wasn't too sweet. Everyone like it so much I was told I HAVE to bring it for our New Years Day dinner. So try the recipe as it states before you change anything. It's really good.

Anna's Amazing Easy Pleasy Meatballs over Buttered Noodles
Very good. Very fast and easy to make. My husband and kids liked it and everyone agreed I should make this again. I did use Cream of Mushroom instead of COC because that's what I had.
