Yummy Honey Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2013
This Marinade is AWESOME!!! I doubled the marinade recipe and marinaded my chicken and veggies separate for 5 hours!(I also cooked the veggies and chicken separate) I over cooked the Chicken kabobs simply because I'm not used to cooking kabobs but the chicken still had great flavor! The veggies were out of this world good(I used peppers, onion, and mushrooms). Next time I'm gonna try whole chicken breast or tenders. So so good! Definitely gonna make this again and again!!!

Sweet Potato Casserole I

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2011
I only gave this three stars because I had to alter it some. It is a good base recipe but like others I found it very sweet. I even double the sweet potatoes and left the sugar(which I did half brown half white) at the same amount! I also added spices(cinnamon, ground ginger, and nutmeg)and marshmallows on top . I did not double the topping mixture, thank goodness cause I had more than enough. Cant imagine making this with 1/2 the sweet potatoes, the topping would have been completely overpowering. But I loved it with my alterations and this topping is so good! I am going to put it on apples or peaches next time for a crisp:) p.s I loved it cold:)

Janet's Rich Banana Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 7, 2011
I made this bread last night and it was amazing!!! The best I have ever made!! I have been looking for a banana bread recipe that is moist and delicious. And I dont need to look any more! this is my new go to banana bread recipe!! It was awesome!! :) I did mash the bananas instead of slicing them and I added an extra banana only cause I had a lot of bananas to use up!! other than that I followed the recipe.

Garlic, Basil, and Bacon Deviled Eggs

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2011
These were most delicious!! I only did 4 eggs for me and my husband to share and I eye balled the ingredients. I used garlic powder, basil from my garden, and the microwavable bacon(thats all I had:). They were a big hit! I will make them again for sure! Next time I'll make more eggs cause they were gone in a flash! Very Very good!!

Spring Vegetable Soup

Reviewed: Apr. 1, 2011
I just made this for dinner and it was FANTASTIC!!! And it was super easy , I already had pre chopped broccoli and mushrooms. So that made the prep work go faster! I added everything but the cabbage(just because I didnt have any). oh and I used bouillon cubes and water, just cause thats what I had on hand! This soup is very delicious, I will be making it often!!
