Tender Italian Baked Chicken

I made a few slight changes (I generally don't review when I do this, but can't resist!) Based on the advice of others, I added some spices (oregano, rosemary, parsley and thyme). I used the italian breadcrumbs, but added some crushed up croutons which added a nice crunch to the chicken (1/4 cup croutons, 1/2 cup breadcrumbs was the ratio). I also used chicken tenders instead of breasts (8 of them, so about a pound), and cooked 15 minutes on a wire rack on top of a cookie sheet. These were fabulous. I used the leftovers to make a salad and also chopped some up to make sandwiches too...even the leftovers were fabulous.

Honey-Garlic Slow Cooker Chicken Thighs

Wow, this was great. I didnt change a thing with the recipe (I always try to do them all original the first go round) and it was delicious. Well, I did have to cook on high for 3.5 hours because of a time crunch, which I think is why the sauce is really thin, but it was fine anyways. 5 stars, will definitely make again, maybe with a touch more honey cooked a bit slower.

Chicken and Broccoli Alfredo

This came out great. Normally I'm a little skeptical of the Campbell's recipes because if you do them how they are written they tend to be bland. I used cream of mushroom w/roasted garlic and seasoned my chicken with pepper, adobo, garlic powder and onion powder (I do this with chicken no matter what I'm doing with it). I agree that it needs more broccoli...I used almost two cups and still think I should have used more. Everything else was done just as the recipe called for and I was shocked how good it tasted. Next time I'm going to try it with penne and probably add some shrimp to the mix. All and all, a good recipe!

Stuffed Green Peppers I

I took some of the advice I saw in the comments and added some of the tomato "gravy" inbetween layers of the filling. I also added about 1/2 a can of corn in the mix as well. Added some extra cheese on top (can never have enough cheese in my opinion).
