I loved cooking with my mom as a child.Took some culinary classes, before my career in dental. My mom comes from an asian backround, and I love making chinese ribs, among other asian dishes. A specialty is Chicken adobo. The sweet and tangy stickyness. Id have to say my favorite traditions would be christmas, and Thanksgiving. Any holiday thats a feast. I make a killer chocolate silk pie. Many people request it. During Highschool, I worked in an Italian resturant. My personal fav is Stuffed shells with spinach. Cooking for people who dont appreciate it. A jello skull, with gummy worms. So I turned it into a cake.
