Cajun Potato Soup

Excellent! We had a potluck at work and my coworkers LOVED it, as did I. I used smoked turkey sausage instead and was yummy as ever.

Baked Potato Soup

This turned out great! Not only did my boyfriend chow it down, but had extra took it to work and my co-workers all loved it too!

I followed others ideas and sauteed the cabbage w/some garlic first. Then made the sauce in the same pan after placing cabbage in the casserole dish. I used American slices, Italian bread crumbs and a few saltines crushed up. It was just so-so.

Creamy Mango Smoothie
