Barbequed Ribs
Great ribs! Super tender - falling off the bone. The sauce was SPICY though. Not terribly bad, but not the sweet tangy bbq sauce we love. We will try it again with little or no chili sauce (I used sriracha) next time. Thanks for the good recipe.

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken
Very tasty and super easy to make. I did follow suggestions to double the sauce and used 2 cut up chicken breasts. I didn't have "hot sauce" so I just sprinkled a bit of cayenne pepper. I did coat the chicken in flour then lightly cook in a tbsp of veg oil then poured sauce mixture in pan and cooked over med heat for about 4-5 min. It was enough time to cook the bite-sized chicken pieces and thicken the sauce. The sauce was good and turned out like a glaze kinda, stuck to the chicken perfectly too. Served over rice. It was a hit with the whole family (even the picky toddler)!

Easy Homemade Chili
This is my "go to" chili recipe. I do reduce the water to just 1/2 cup because we like it thicker and I also add 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper for an extra kick and 1 can of pinto beans in addition to the 1 can of kidney beans. Top with cheese and serve with Honey Cornbread for a winning meal. Make it in the crockpot on low for 4-6 hours works perfect too. Allows the flavors to combine better that way.
