Really good, everybody loved it.

Zippy Ground Beef Skillet
This dish was really yummy. My husband is not a big fan of jalapenos, so I ground them up and only used about half of what the recipe offered. (I used canned jalapenos) It was perfect, just the right amount of zip.

Chicken Stew with Dumplings
Excellent!!!!! Made a huge batch and tossed half in the freezer. Super yummy the whole fam. loved it.
