Marrakesh Vegetable Curry
I made this for a party and it was a huge hit. I will definitely make this again and maybe change the vegetables a little. I cut the sweet potato into a small dice since someone mentioned that it takes longer to cook than the other indigence and I'm glad that I did. I put it a slow cooker (just for serving) which worked out very well.

Spence's Pesto Chicken Pasta
made this for dinner tonight. It was really fantastic. I did follow the recipe and will definitely make it again, maybe next time without the chicken, for a really nice vegetarian meal.

Chicken Tikka Masala
excellent Tikka Masala but one pinch (1/4 teaspoon) of salt is plenty in the marinade and also one pinch in the sauce. I did use lite coconut milk and it made a fantastic sauce. I'll make this again for sure. I have NO idea why the recipe calls for so much salt, 4 teaspoons is just crazy !!!!
